At Bentley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative package.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
